MAKING AFRAGRANCE

At Maison AM PARFUM, we are dedicated to crafting fine fragrances that evoke emotion and captivate the senses. Each scent is meticulously developed, blending artistry and precision to create compositions that are both timeless and unique.

Here’s how we turn our fragrance dreams into reality.

Concept Development

Every fragrance begins with inspiration—an emotion, a memory, or a fleeting moment we wish to capture. We take time to explore these sensations, weaving them into a compelling story that forms the soul of each scent.

Creating the Accord

With a clear vision in mind, we carefully select ingredients that bring our olfactory story to life. By layering vertical and horizontal accords, we achieve a harmonious blend where each note enhances the next. Through careful refinement, we ensure every fragrance embodies the depth, elegance, and character that define Maison AM PARFUM.

Ingredient Extraction

Next, we source the highest-quality ingredients, whether from natural or synthetic origins. Extracting essential oils from raw materials is a meticulous process that varies depending on the ingredient. We use techniques such as steam distillation, solvent extraction, expression, enfleurage, and maceration to obtain the most refined and potent essences.

Ingredient Blending

Once the essential oils and carefully selected synthetic elements are collected, the perfumer meticulously blends them according to a precise formula. This step is where the fragrance takes shape, as individual notes come together to form a balanced and evocative composition.

The Aging Process

To ensure longevity and depth, high-quality perfumes undergo an aging process that can last for months. This crucial step allows all notes to develop, harmonize, and settle into a well-rounded, long-lasting scent that fully embodies the vision of Maison AM PARFUM.

Quality Control

Quality control is a vital step in the perfume manufacturing process. Each fragrance is rigorously tested to ensure it meets the highest standards of excellence. This includes verifying scent accuracy, longevity, and stability, while ensuring that no harmful substances are present. Only perfumes that pass these meticulous checks move forward in the production process.

Filling & Packing

Once a fragrance has passed quality control, the filling process begins. Using precision machinery, glass bottles are filled with the perfectly aged perfume before the atomizer and cap are securely placed. Labels are then carefully applied by hand, and each finished bottle is housed in its individual box, sealed with compostable bio-cello wrap—ensuring both luxury and sustainability.

HOW TO MAKE A FRAGRANCE LAST LONGER

Fading fragrances are a thing of the past.

Here’s three of our top tips to make your fragrance last longer.

image.png

1. KEEP YOUR SKIN HYDRATED

Ensuring your skin is moisturized before applying your favorite scent will make it last longer.

2. USE YOUR PULSE POINTS

Applying fragrance to pulse points like your chest and wrists keeps fragrance actives warm, helping to spread scents across your body.

3. LET IT DRY

Rubbing your wrists or patting your skin may feel natural because of the extra moisture, but this can make the top notes fade faster. Let your fragrance dry naturally for that subtle, long-lasting glow.
