Returns & Refunds Policy

FRAGRANCES & LOTIONS

We accept returns of unopened, sealed items. Any item you wish to return must be in exactly the same condition as when you purchased it. If your item has been opened (including the cellophane wrap on its exterior), it cannot be returned or exchanged.

Any returns are at your own expense. We do not currently offer free returns.

DAMAGED ITEMS

We accept returns for defective or damaged items. If you believe your item is defective or damaged, you must send us photographs of the item before initiating a return. If an item has been opened, the return will be rejected and no refund will be issued.

Any returns are at your own expense. We do not currently offer free returns. If an item is confirmed as faulty, any return postage will be refunded as AM Parfum store credit.

Once your item has been successfully returned and passed inspection, you will be eligible for a refund or exchange. Exchanges are processed within 5 business days. Any refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days.
